- Financial Modelling and Valuation: Developing intricate Excel models to assess company value through methods like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable company analyses, and precedent transactions.
- Transaction Documentation: Creating essential documents for active deals, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), teasers, and management presentations.
- Due Diligence: Supporting the due diligence process by reviewing company financials, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Pitch Book Preparation: Designing pitch books, presentations, and market updates to attract new business opportunities.
- Deal Execution Support: Aiding senior bankers in the daily tasks associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises (including IPOs, debt, or equity).
